Desserts on Amtrak

Adjusting to life after vacation is hard, especially when the company you work for is going through a complicated merger. Work has been tough, but I wanted to take time to think back on a certain piece of cake that made my day on our trip back from Kissimmee on the Silver Meteor. Yum. The cheesecake wasn't bad, either!
